VA Auto Spa

I had a great experience with VA Auto Spa. They did an excellent job detailing my car, and it came back looking clean and well cared for. What impressed me even more was how they handled an issue that came up afterward. They took the time to work with me, listened to my concerns, and made things right. That level of customer service goes a long way and shows they genuinely care about their customers' satisfaction. It's easy to find a business that does good work, but it's much harder to find one that stands behind their service. I truly appreciate their professionalism and willingness to resolve the situation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend VA Auto Spa to anyone looking for quality work and a company that values its customers.

Overall a great experience! I had a really bad tint job done by the previous owner of my vehicle and needed it removed. I called in the morning to ask questions about their tint removal service and they gave me a really reasonable quote and even fit me in the same day an hour out! This place was a bit tricky to find, but maybe it was just me. I gave myself a 20-minute buffer before my appointment and still ended up 15 minutes late because I was circling the area trying to find the Tysons location. I stopped one of the employees there to ask for directions and he was so kind and helpful and walked me to the spot to drop off my car. The staff was super friendly and they did a phenomenal job fixing my windshield. Will definitely seek their services for all my future car detailing needs.

I’ve had an excellent experience with VA Auto Spa Tysons — twice now. Yesli and Samara made the scheduling process smooth and were attentive from start to finish. Cesar and Juan Carlos did outstanding work on both vehicles: I had the ceramic coating package applied to my car, and a week later brought my wife’s car in for the same treatment along with a full interior detailing. The results on both were fantastic. This is the kind of shop where the quality of work matches the professionalism of the staff, price was fair and competitive with market standards. I plan to return a few times a year for maintenance detailing and again in a few years for ceramic coating reapplication. Highly recommend

I cannot say enough good things about Mobile Unit 1. My car was in rough shape—the interior hadn’t been cleaned in over two years, there were stains on the leather seats, crumbs everywhere, and honestly who knows what else embedded in the floors. It looked like absolute junk. They completely transformed it. When they were done, my car looked brand new. The leather seats were restored, every stain was gone, and the interior was spotless down to the smallest details. They didn’t miss a single crevice—every inch of the car was meticulously cleaned inside and out. I’ve never had a detailing service go to this level of perfection before. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. I highly, highly recommend Mobile Unit 1. The results speak for themselves.

This company is by far the BEST in the business, hands down! It’s so hard to find good detailers, I’m extremely picky & particular when it comes to my car but I’ve stayed with them for probably going on 20 years now! I’ve tried other companies over the years, but no one ever measures up to VAAutoSpa. DeJaun is legit-he knows what he’s doing & I’m proud to call him my friend! This company is definitely the Gold standard when it comes to detailing.
